Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only.

Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

Store credits issued are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.
Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us ASAP upon receiving your order.

Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.

Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

Shipping & Handling

All return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Grace Label is not responsible for lost return parcels; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
