Exchanges & Returns

Overview

At Grace Label, each piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully checked before it is sent out. We kindly ask that you review the policy below before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges for store credit only.

  • Requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags intact.

  • Store credits issued are non-refundable and valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

  • Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash.

Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us ASAP upon receiving your order.

  • Clear photos or videos of the issue must be provided for verification.

  • Upon verification, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

  • eGift cards

Shipping & Handling

  • All return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Grace Label is not responsible for lost return parcels; we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

How to Submit a Return Request?

Please email us at hello@thegracelabel.com with:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return or exchange

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Our team will respond within 2–3 working days.
